Siren’s is looking for a few great food trucks to join our lineup and become part of an entertainment-driven destination in San Marcos. Located right next to campus and surrounded by several apartment communities, Siren’s is built to attract students, locals & tourists looking for a place to eat, drink, and hang out. With built-in marketing and event programming for our tenants, we actively create experiences that bring people in & drive traffic Thursday through Sunday from 5 PM to 10 PM.
We’re currently seeking food trucks that want to plug into that momentum and be part of our event nights. Each space includes a 50 amp outlet, direct pump hook-up to grey water dump, direct fill for fresh water, yellow grease access, a restroom agreement, and commissary/CPF agreement availability.
